Why We Need DecidED
DecidED is powered by OneGoal, a national nonprofit that is leading the movement to transform postsecondary advising and support. We’ve been working for more than 15 years to ensure that every student has an equitable opportunity to realize their greatest aspirations.
Our research shows that finances are the most significant factor preventing students from completing their postsecondary education. DecidED fills a critical need—namely, the ability to convert complicated financial award letters into cohesive, understandable formats—so that students and their families are empowered to make informed financial decisions that can help them enroll and ultimately persist in college or other postsecondary program. We’re excited to bring this tool to as many students as possible to help them realize their college dreams.
