I think I had a DecidED account before, but I’m not sure. Can I create a new account?
Each DecidED account is connected to both an email address and a cell phone number. Since you cannot create a duplicate account with those credentials, you should first check if you already have an account.
If you are not sure if you have an account, check by selecting the Log in with Email option on the sign in screen. DecidED will send you a unique code via both text and email if you have an existing account.
If you get a message that says “User does not exist” after submitting your email on the “Log in with Email” screen, then you will need to create a new account.
